FAQ for Gymnastics Classes

We offer Parent and Child classes,  Gymnastic classes, Xcel and Performance Team, Summer Camp, Saturday Kids Night Out, Open Gym, Private Lessons and Parties.

We're located at 117 Patriot Dr in Middletown, Delaware, behind Tractor Supply, serving families throughout Middletown, Odessa, Townsend, and surrounding areas.

We're open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:15pm–8:30pm, and Saturday from 8:30am–3:30pm.

Yes, we have drop in classes for $30 that we recommend family who want to check the class out and see if it is what they are looking for. 

Here in Middletown Delaware we offer gymnastics for everybody. Starting from 1 year olds, all the way to Adults

Yes, we have a dress code to ensure that all gymnast are dressed appropriately for class.  

• Girls are encouraged to wear a leotard with their hair securely tied up.
• Boys should wear comfortable clothing, such as shorts and a T-shirt.

Yes! Parents are welcome to watch class.

New gymnasts will be evaluated by a coach to determine their starting level. This ensures they are placed in the class that best matches their current abilities, so they feel both comfortable and challenged.

Every child progresses at their own pace. Some gymnasts may complete a level quickly, while others may take more time to build strength and confidence. Our coaches focus on quality skill mastery over speed, so each gymnast feels truly ready for the next step.

Absolutely! Our Recreation program and Star Level System give kids a clear path, but they're not about competition or pressure. Even if your child's goal is just to have fun, the system provides structure, recognition, and a sense of accomplishment.

One class per week is great for building skills, but we encourage two classes per week for faster progress, especially in the higher levels. Consistency makes a big difference in strength, confidence, and advancement.

We allow up to 2 makeup classes per year for missed sessions.

Yes, we charge a once-a-year registration fee at the beginning of each session, which covers insurance.
